Among all uploads, there is only a file size limit for videos. The limit varies according to your subscription plan. Other than that, there is no limit for images, GIFs, and PDF files.
Obviously, there is no limit for any embedded media either, such as videos from YouTube or podcasts from Spotify. You can embed anything with an iframe HTML code.
