Step 1: Creation #
Click Create on the collection page.
Select Make AI use my resource option.
Upload your PDF(s) and write the Title of the Mini Course.
💡 Our AI utilizes Title to generate content tailored to your needs. For the best results from our PDF to Course feature, please ensure your Title reflects your expectations and is align with your PDF(s) content.
ℹ️ The maximum page count for PDF file upload is 100 page.
ℹ️ Uploading the PDF file may take one or two minutes depending on the file size.
Customization
All of the fields of Customization part except Specify focus and Audience have default options set by us.
However, we recommend that you fill in at least some of these fields so that our AI can create the most appropriate Mini Course for your learners.
Language
Select the language you want the Mini Course content to be written in. The default language is English.
💡 We’re supporting more than 30 languages: Arabic, Bengali, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Malay, Marathi, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, Swahili, Swedish, Tamil, Telegu, Thai, Traditional Chinese, Turkish, Urdu and Vietnamese.
Specify Focus
Write down the specific aspect of the source material you want your Mini Course to based on. (e.g. a key concept, a specific skill etc.).
Audience
Define the target demographic for your Mini Course (e.g. beginners, experts, students, professionals etc.).
Tone
Select the overall style and feeling you want your Mini Course to convey.
You are also feel free to write in your own style beyond our pre-defined tones. The default tone is Professional.
Quiz
Add a quiz at the end of the Mini Course to test knowledge retention with specifying the number of quiz questions. Default quiz question count is 5.
ℹ️ Quiz questions will be Multiple Choice type and includes one correct answer.
Feedback Questions
Add a feedback form at the end of the Mini Course to test learner satisfaction with specifying the number of feedback questions. Default feedback question count is 1.
ℹ️ Feedback questions will be Multiple Choice type with no correct answer.
AI Images
If you prefer our AI can generate images for your Mini Course. Also you can select the visual style that best suits your Mini Course’s topic.
Moreover you can provide a detailed description of people, objects settings and actions depicted in the images, including demographic information, to ensure relevance and inclusivity.
Click Start building button to let our AI to generate your Mini Course’s outline.
ℹ️ Generating Outline may take one or two minutes.
Step 2: Outline #
On the outline page, you can customize the structure by editing section and page names, deleting them, and rearranging the order.
💡 You can also see the source PDF for your each page on the right-hand side.
Add a page #
To add a new page, click the +Add a page button located at the end of each section.
Title
Enter the title for the page. The AI will use this title while generating the new page.
Content
You will see your PDF’s content divided into sections by our AI.
AI will then use the content of the selected section to create the new page.
ℹ️ You can only select one part to create a new page. If you want to create pages for more parts, please create a separate new page for each.
Page type
If you select Info page type, you’ll get an info card which has AI-generated text in it.
If you select Quiz page type, you’ll get a page consists a quiz question.
Add a section #
At the bottom, you can add new sections in addition to the sections created by our AI.
Once you’ve reviewed the outline, click Generate Mini-Course to have the AI create the course based on your approved outline.
