You know the feeling. You open your dashboard, and there are your collections, dozens of them. Client work, internal training, the ones you’re still drafting, the ones already live. All in one long list, all looking the same.
Scrolling to find the right one shouldn’t be part of your workflow. So we fixed it.
Collection Tags are now live. 🏷️
Tag any collection however makes sense to you, by client, by language, by status, by team, by whatever system already lives in your head. Then filter your list down to exactly what you need.
It takes about ten seconds to set up:
🎨 Create a tag: Give it a name and pick a color, nine to choose from, so your dashboard stays readable at a glance.
✅ Tag your collections: Open a collection’s tag menu and check off as many tags as you like. A collection can carry several at once.
🔍 Filter instantly: Use the filter in your collections header to show only what’s tagged “Client A,” “Published,” “Spanish,” or whatever you’ve set up.
See the help center guide for step-by-step instructions.
It’s a small change, but it’s the kind that quietly saves you a few minutes every single day. The more collections you build, the more it pays off.
