Time moved fast in the first months of 2025, and so did we.
Between January and May in 2025, our team shipped 12 major features that simplify how you create, deliver, and manage e-learning content. Each release was driven by this simple principle: creating courses should not be an overwhelming task.
Here’s everything we built, why we built it, and how it makes life easier for both newbie course creators without any experience and senior e-learning experts.

1. Released Drag & Drop Editor
e-Learning authoring made simple & flexible.
We started the 2005 with a huge update: we completely improved the course authoring experience with our new drag&drop builder. This does not only make course creation process much easier, but also you have now more flexibility to arrange the structure of the pages.

Got existing PDFs, presentations, or documents? Don’t start from scratch. Our PDF to Course feature turns your existing resources into interactive learning experiences in seconds. Besides, our AI Course Creator sticks to the terminology used in the resource hence the AI-generated course keeps the same tone of original resource.
Although there are tools that offer “PDF2Course” ability, the output’s relevancy and depth usually stay under the quality threshold in most solutions. We believe that seeing is believing, hence we kindly suggest you upload your resource to alternative tools as well as to Mini Course Generator and make a direct benchmark. Questions play a big role in life, and in your courses, as well.
They not only make your educational material interactive, but also help you assess learner comprehension and the effectiveness of your training.
To save you significant time, we’ve added a new feature: AI-quiz generation is now available for your existing courses.
Assessment and quiz creation just got effortless. Our AI analyzes your existing course content and generates relevant quiz questions automatically. Focus on your content; let AI handle the testing.
Here’s how it works:
- Click on “Add page” where you want the questions to be added
- Select “AI-powered quiz” from the options
- Choose your content source where AI will refer to
You have three options to guide AI where to look as the content source that questions to be extracted. You can either:
- Select specific sections and AI will generate questions based on your target content
- Use a previously uploaded document or upload a new document as the source
- Simply provide a description and let the AI handle the rest
By the way, this feature also enables Mini Course Generator to be utilized as a standalone AI-quiz maker even without course content. Just select “create from scratch,” choose your content source, and your questions will be instantly generated.
You can enrich your quizzes by adding videos, images, and all other visual block elements using the drag&drop editor as well.

7. Added New Languages for AI Output
Our AI Course Creator now supports 30 languages.
Learning knows no borders. We expanded our AI capabilities to support 30 languages, making it possible to create courses for global audiences without language barriers limiting your reach.
8. Released Academy Widgets
Embed your academy directly within your product in seconds.
If you are a product owner and have a dashboard for your customers, you’ll be excited with this release.
We are not only simplifying how courses are created, but also making course delivery more practical and seamless.
The story began with a simple question: How about making customer training accessible in the chat box, where customers are already in touch with you?
We’ve just released “Academy Widgets” – the first solution of its kind that lets you embed your academy directly into your product’s dashboard.
Your learning content should be in where your users already are. Academy Widgets let you embed your entire learning experience directly into your existing product or website with just a few lines of code.
Users can access courses within your dashboard without additional authentication. Since we handle the SSO, you get detailed analytics for each learner and issue certificates upon course completion or success.
There are 4 ways to embed your academy into your product: side-bar, modal, direct link, and direct embed.

Like a conventional academy, you can now deliver courses and certificates to your customers; yet this time, all interaction happens in Messenger, removing the friction of directing them to external webpages.

10. Released White-Label Emails
Use your domain in “no-reply” emails.
Every touchpoint should reflect your brand. Our white-label email feature ensures “no-reply” emails come from your domain, maintaining professional brand consistency in every interaction.
As you know, when you add a gateway, learners get a magic-link for seamless access that are sent from no-reply@minicoursegenerator[.]com. Now you can customize the domain of those “no-reply” emails to support your branding.

11. Improved Co-working
Collaborate with your colleagues on course creation.
You can now invite colleagues to work on your target collections together, so we’re literally turning collections into “workspaces.” There are three roles that you can assign to your colleagues to control their access and permissions.

Use the certificate image you want.
Your brand matters, even in certificates. Upload your own certificate designs and maintain brand consistency throughout the entire learning journey, from first interaction to certification.
