A cover page will be added by default to your newly-added mini-courses that shows the title of your mini-course, your logo, name and a brief introduction.
This page is not visible on the admin view of your mini-course as a separate card, but you can see it under Settings > Basics tab. You can change the title of your mini-course and your logo here. Besides, you can edit the default introductory text or move the cover page completely by turning it off.
Please note that the cover page text is different than the description of your mini-course. The description of your mini-course is also edited under Settings > Basics > Info for Collection Page.
The description of your mini-course is not shown on the cover page, it is only visible on the social share preview of your mini-course and if your mini-course is shared in a collection.
